We sometimes spend hours, even days, programming Flash applications or writing php code. So when we crash, we need the best kind of sleep so we can maintain our brainpower.
That’s why we use white noise machines and sound machines for optimal sleeping or power napping. For those of you who’ve never heard of such devices, white noise machines produce a sound that is random in character like a rushing waterfall or wind blowing through tree leaves.
Now it seems that white noise machines aren’t just for sleeping, they also help productivity and create a privacy screen by masking ambient noise and conversations!

We would love suggestions for power-napping office furniture. We also read somewhere the best thing, if you are sleepy, is to have a cup of coffee and take a 15 min power nap (no more). Set your alarm for the 15 minutes, any more and you’ll hit deep sleep and waking from that is a drag.

@brookeburke – Mine all sleep better with some kind of white noise so random noises don’t wake them. Also try; http://tinyurl.com/yfhf4se

White noise to sleep is good… I used to sleep with a wind-machine. So he really wakes up if he doesn’t hear it? wow!
